• The track or profile or frame or cornice   (different word for the same product)
• The membrane or film or fabric or vinyl   (different word for the same product)

The profile is aligned and placed around the perimeter of the room’s walls. It features a male interior harpoon receiver, while the membrane comes with a factory-installed external female hooking harpoon. The installer uses a straight spatula to attach the membrane’s harpoon to the profile.
