The stretch ceiling is installed with only two components, highlighting the equal importance of both. The membrane is the centerpiece and the first element that catches the eye, covering 95% of the room’s area, so its quality must be flawless. As installers, we do not manufacture the membrane; it is produced by large companies in the plastics industry. These factories create the raw material, which comes in rolls measuring 6.6 feet, 10.6 feet, or 16 feet wide (2 meters, 3.2 meters, or 5 meters). These rolls are then supplied to various companies, each of which attaches their own harpoons based on the track specifications. The harpoon is specifically designed to secure the membrane to the track, with each harpoon fitting its designated track.

Since 1990, we have depended on the same European supplier for our harpooned membranes and tracks, sourcing materials from top manufacturers in the stretched membrane industry. Although other vendors often approach us with significantly lower prices, we have concerns about their quality. Our focus is on our experience, reputation, and the long-term sustainability of our business rather than immediate profit, which helps us build trust with our clients. Quality is our core value. Some customers have had to leave their homes temporarily due to the strong chemical odors from low-grade membranes during installation. In contrast, we have never had any complaints regarding smells from our products; quality truly reflects personal preference.
